Anchovy Fry or Nethili Meen Varuval

Ingredients:
Anchovy- 500 gms
Cornflour-4tsp
Lime-1no or Vinegar- 3 tsp
Egg-1no
Chilli powder-2tblsp(adjust according to ur taste)
Ground Black Pepper-1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Sambar powder- 2tsp
Oil-to fry
Salt to taste






Method:
1.Wash the fish,remove the head portion and the intestines give a stir with rock salt.Then wash thoroughly changing water until the fish looks clean.
2.Take the fish strain without water and keep it ready
3.In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the marinade and mix to a paste.
4.Add the fish to the prepared paste and mix well till it's evenly coated
5.Keep aside in the fridge for 2 hrs,before u fry
6.To fry: Take cooking oil in a kadai and heat.
7.Fry the marinated fish in small batches...
8.Serve hot with any kulambu,rasam/ curd rice of your choice.
